Jackie Robinson was a great man
Around the world he made many a fan.
Making baseball have integration
That's how he got his great reputation.

Although segregation was throughout his town,
Jackie Robinson never looked down.
Jackie Robinson never looked away,
Probably because he wanted to play.

Jackie's family was always there,
And were on his side when things weren't fair.
And on Jackie they could always depend,
That's why his greatness will live to the end.
