Purpose/Objective:
This videoconference will augment literary
discussion & specific rennaissance instruction in
dramatic history for both the English and drama
curricula.
Students
will need a comprehensive understanding of the
literature from a literary perspective with perhaps an
introduction to staging methods currently employed.
In addition, an introduction/review of rennaissance
English history & drama history would be important.

Logistical Planning:
1. Instructing students regarding the
videoconference environment, re - procedure for asking
questions, identifying themselves to the CP, behavior
during the conference, allow students to experience the
videoconferencing environment by setting up and
executing a brief videoconference with Project VIEW.
2.
Follow procedures for reserving the space & equipment,
setting up the equipment and seats, entering presets for
camera angles.
3.
Modifications/accommodations can be made on an as-needed
basis.
Techniques and Tools:
SWBAT:
1. Interact with CP by asking questions, taking
notes, listen attentively, and respond to the CP and the
material.
2.
Complete quiz on content.
3.
Respond in appropriate written format to related written
tasks, including essay, research paper, individual
journal response, etc.
4.
Incorporate content into class project(s) on
rennaissance drama.
Tools for
assessment include grading rubrics for writing,
objective testing, project rubrics, evaluation of
individual responses, and direct observation of student
