WARSAW RISING: THE FORGOTTEN SOLDIERS OF WORLD WAR II

Sixty years ago the citizens of Warsaw and a rag tag Underground Army rose up against their Nazi occupiers in a heroic gesture that became one of the great tragedies of the war.  They thought they would only have to fight for a few days because the Allies, closing in on Hitler’s armies, would come to their aid. PRESIDENT BUSH PROFILE

He calls himself a “war president,” a man uniquely suited to lead the nation in the post-9/11 world. What have we learned about his decision-making, his personal style, his religious faith during his first-term in office? John King looks for answers in this investigative profile.
