The
following is the introductory videoconference
summer training schedule for teachers. The
program includes three day training which consists of
two summer dates and one date during the school year.
Training is scheduled from 9:00 am - 3:3pm with an
hour for lunch. Participants will
receive a $100 stipend per day.

Summer Days
Day 1 - Videoconferencing & project VIEW
overview, software interface training, facilitation
strategies and logistical planning.
Day 2 -
Videoconference demonstrations, content providers
available, resources available, integration a
videoconference program into the curriculum.
School Year -
Required \ To be scheduled
Day 3 - Integration Planning Day - Any day
during the school year prior to March 31st.
Onsite training with project VIEW support staff to
incorporate integration planning scheduling, ad usage
and logistical planning of building videoconference
equipment.
This date is to
be determined between teachers, the district and
project VIEW. Substitute reimbursement is
available for teachers. This may also be part of
a district's staff development day.
