introduce participants to the world of digital
photography. Participants will learn all the
components of a digital camera and how to take the
best pictures. If you or your school owns a Sony
Mavica camera, please bring it with you. Every button
and function on your camera will be explained. Picture
editing software will also be explored.
Introduction to Digital Imaging Software

In this class we will explore two photo editing
software programs. We will investigate Kodak’s
Picture Easy program and explore Microsoft’s Picture
It! You should bring with you images saved to a floppy
or burned onto a CD that you would like to
manipulate. This one-day course is all about having
fun and experimenting with the software.
